Celebration

The children and I spent the day celebrating Freya's exam results. While she was blissfully asleep I was anxiously waiting for the postman as she had wanted to get the results the old fashioned way. When the envelope arrived I was to take it through and wake her up, she was pleased to get 3As in the subjects she's chosen for higher as well as a B and 2 C's. She's worked really hard in the last six months and I'm so proud of the effort she put in.

The celebrations started with pancakes and a movie about Frida Kahlo followed by lunch at McDonald's and Ice cream Sundaes at Nardini's. Carlos added to the celebrations by getting dominos for tea but we were all stuffed by then!
