Cotton Tufts

..or turbulent waters?
Following the river theme from the last few days here is a 4 second exposure of the River Enrick. I took my tripod and 3 stop ND filter for a little messing about by the river, I quite like this result but it could do with some more 'interest' in the shot.
Needless to say the dog was not impressed when I setup the tripod!
