Flawless flowers

These are the flowers that were waiting for me upon my return home from Glasgow at the weekend... I have been meaning to take their picture close up for the past day or two now as I have to keep touching them to convince myself that the purple ones, particularly, are real. They are so perfectly formed, they look artificial.

In other news, I went to the dentist but was late so only managed half my treatment...another hour long drive to St Helens for the remainder tomorrow....
