Clouds and grandeur

I've looked at clouds from both sides now,
from up and down, and still somehow
it's cloud illusions I recall.
I really don't know clouds at all.

Robin and I have been enjoying Operation Cloud Lab on the BBC. A scientific team have taken an airship up into the clouds in a journey across America to measure the weight of a cloud, the content, the insect life, why it rains and how cities create their own weather. It's been a great two programmes and contrary to Joni Mitchell's lyrics I do know clouds much better than I did before and find myself noticing them more when I am out and about.
