Hedgerows

I spent a couple of hours today looking at seeds and fruit in the hedges and path edges of our local wood. Though pretty ravaged by dogs and humans, there was an amazing variety, from vetch mini 'pea pods' and sloes to cup-shaped campion seed heads, and fluffy thistles.
