Enchanted Woodland

But not a hobbit or elf in sight!
Went to Lake of Menteith early-ish today and took the dogs down to the waters edge. Although there was no swimming, Isla & Rona had a great time chasing and sniffling around. Took a good few photos but the light was just not right. Turning back for the main road, I stopped for a couple of photos opposite this area of mossy bumps and old birch trees. It just reminded me of LOTR!
Still good and mild here but a shower or two due later so we are off out with the pups now for their evening walk.
