Trip to secret beach, drive to get ice cream and then a game of fitba in the BIG GOALS, as J calls them.

Glad of an easy day, pals all arriving on Thursday & Friday so busy week before back to work. I also need a rest from running. I've ran 655 miles since the 3rd of January.
