Mammoth bike ride

Took Betty for a ride today, covered 49 miles from Sprowston to Aylsham to Blickling to Briston to Reepham to Hellesdon then home.
Had a rest stop at Blickling Hall and enjoyed a slightly squashed and a bit mushy peanut butter and honey sandwich.
