Ice Cream

When we lived in Maryland this was a welcome oasis on our trips to Kennett Square, or should I say, Longwood Gardens.

Curiously, there was little tertiary trade of any kind in this little town, it is surrounded by wonderful rolling hills and farmland, far from any road you would want to be on, yet there it is, and or was, the best little ice cream shop in a hot summer landscape.

I miss the gardens, I walk them in my dreams, it is one of my favorite places on the planet. Oh, there are a few other places by he way - but there is something inexplicable that draws me there, like a piece of me that is missing lives there :)
