The Lord Crewe

Lunch was at the newly refurbished Lord Crewe in Blanchland today with hubby and gorgeous daughter. The food was fab and they now have really posh toilets! This collection of bits hangs over the huge fireplace.

Followed by a drive to Allendale to have an ice cream.

Then an evening meal with an old and dear friend where we lit our candle and switched off the lights to commemorate the 100th Anniversary of WW1.
