After all the excitement and euphoria of the last two weeks, today's blip is one of simple reflection.

According to today's Telegraph newspaper, Sir Edward Grey said in his memoirs that he could not recall saying these words.
However, they have been attributed to him and have prompted a simple yet dignified commemoration of the start of the first world war.
