100 years on...

...and we're still at war, still fighting, still murdering our global neighbours, still sacrificing children to a cause, still not learnt our lesson, no doubt we never will.
I find it sad.

Today we went school uniform shopping. Oh Joy! It was tiresome so we had lunch at the Counting House in George Square. Where I availed myself of a cheeky beer..car still off the road! There was still a lot of Games buzz going on despite them finishing last night.
There was a service at The Cathedral I think and quite a few chaps in the pub with a lot of service medals on show. While one chap was chatting I quickly snapped his beret lying on the table with his brolly. I thought it apt for today.
