More athletes

It was the Time Trials today!

We cycled to Portnahaven, had lunch, met up with some members of the family by chance, moved a fridge-freezer, sat in a sunny garden and cycled back again.

How those cyclists in the Commonwealth Games managed to ride up all those hills in Glasgow I'll never know! Even thinking about Montrose Street makes me feel wobbly!

The sun has been shining all day and we've been out and about making the most of it....I don't think it's to last.
