The invisible man

I attended a meeting of the Scottish Tribunal Forum in Parliament House today, considering issues surrounding judicial decision making. Many of the parallel matters we are considering for the Children's Panel.

To get there I walked up the Royal Mile. Even at 9.30 the place was abuzz with leafleters and performers setting up.

On leaving the meeting at lunchtime the throngs were out. Just round the corner was a witch on a broomstick. But this chap (I assume) was more entertaining to watch - as were the passers-by doing double takes.

Back to the office for a briefing on our upcoming recruitment campaign. Then all our IT went down which curtailed business.
