Parents to lunch ,
I made the meringue yesterday
and left it in the oven over night
to dry out.
Note to self: remember to remove meringue from the oven before pre heating
to cook the potatoes !
Yes , a little brown ho hum but slathered with whipped cream you d hardly
notice !
Bike ride to the seafront afterwards, aching legs after struggling against the strong breeze but still worth it for the sea air.
