A red tomato - yay!

…………..Haven’t a clue why I’m licking my lips? Do gorgeous little collies even like red tomatoes?

Went to work with Ann and when we came home we went out onto our very sunny sun terrace and discovered that one of our green tomatoes had turned red. Ann is ecstatic!

Ann has never ever grown anything that she can eat before. Once she tried to grow strawberries in her pots. That didn’t work. This year she also planted some chilli’s and peppers in her pots. They died.

But we have a RED tomato. Yay.

Apparently we are going to leave our red tomato on the plant until tomorrow morning and then Ann is going to pick it and make a ham & tomato sandwich for our lunch at work tomorrow.

I like ham.

……………..Red tomatoes don’t really sound like a yummy treat for a gorgeous little collie???!!!
