Something totally out of charactor?

But what the heck! It was a warm evening and I was in the mood to be alone and feeling a little melancholy. I took a trip to an old fishing lake which I regularly used in my youth.
It was amazing that it was still there as so much of the surrounding area has been built on!
It was nice to sit a while and revive old memories of years gone by.
