Sleepy

Yesterday was mental. An 18 hour day for mama. A very fun day for Katie (I've backblipped it, worth a look, in my opinion). Anyway, when she woke at 515, I managed to convince her to go back to sleep (no such luck for me). She joined me downstairs at 630. After yesterday, today was always destined to be very uneventful. Aside from having to leave before 9am to set up at church then help with Sunday school! Most of the congregation were still away at yesterday's wedding, so it was a very small group. So small the teenagers went to Costa for theirs. I was thrilled when my niece returned with a large latte for me.

We made a quick stop at tesco on the way home, before a quiet lunch. An hour of TV before "the pretend children" needed her attention. We mowed the lawn, played in the sunshine, then returned to the sofa for more snuggles. A yummy and easy tea before snuggling her down at a decent time. It was all going swimmingly until she woke again, too warm, at 815. It's 9pm and she's playing in her bedroom because, as Ana in frozen says "the suns awake so I'm awake". I would not be surprised if I nod off before her!
