the long straights in life
So this image i had to flip a coin over it was a choice between a tree moving gracefully in the wind or this. It is a photo of the wall outside of the music suite on the Otago Polytechnic campus.
I really should get myself a tripod for night time shooting, but I'm learning a lot by concentrating on my breathing, posture and grip to help get a steady shot.
Mike Wilson a great lecturer at Otago Polytechnic (he has a blip here, he is the one who got me started to be honest) gave me tips on night time shooting ie: when you press the trigger not only should you press the trigger with your finger but whilst in doing that grip the whole camera with your whole hand like you are grabbing a bottle, it works for me so it's great.
