Submerging

I made a chilli con carne tonight and the internet advised me to melt a chunk of dark chocolate in it. I always do what the internet tells me, so gave it a try. I can't say I really noticed the difference. As it sank into the bubbling mess, it reminded me of those sci-fi films where someone is submerged into lava.
