Bit of a typical Scottish summers day, rain, very heavy rain and sun shine. Heavy rain this afternoon meant a shorter walk for Coco so she has been doing her best to expend excess energy, shoes have been stolen, dish towels stolen, toys brought and dropped at our feet, all in an effort to get us to play with her. I did give in and spend some time wrestling with her and she has now curled up contentedly on my knee.
Ky and Josh are both starting to panic that they only have two and a half weeks before they go back to school. Josh, just the same as every year, doesn't want to go back (I don't want them to go back either!), but this is the first time Ky has been reluctant to go back. Exams and life after school are preying on her mind, my gorgeous little girl is growing up - I feel I need to saviour and enjoy every minute she spends with me.
