Aunt Madge

I am blessed to have two aunts (a sister of my late mother and a sister of my late father) who are alive and in good health. I visited one today.
Aunt Madge (my dad's sister) is just a few steps short of 90 and she is full of the wisdom of someone who has traversed the challenging paths of life with an indomitable spirit.
She eschews a mellow kindness which only people of her generation seem to have.
I don't think I have ever photographed her before so I am glad I had the camera with me today.
