Impossible?

The end of an excellent week of Mysore at the yoga spot in Aberdeen with David...a really excellent week.

This was part of the led practice when I was way out of my depth with the yoga so I made out I stopped to take a few photos...no one was fooled. Sarah just slipped into this posture but it looks crazy to me!!
