Mum is looking after my brothers dog while they are away but she was also out for the day today so Matt and I went to let her out and take her for a walk with Ted, I say a walk it was a stroll and not very far, just couldn't manage as I feel much the same as I did yesterday......with the added miseries

Hopefully the Commonwealth Games Closing Ceremony will help pull me up from my miseries a bit. I know I have come a long way but at the moment there also seems a very long way to go, I'll do it, I have no choice, but I am doubting my strength, also feeling a bit angry now so perhaps the strength will come from that....I hope so.
