Pain relief

Work and back on the bike today. My cycling buddy at work let me down. He was trying to fine tune his gears last night but managed to completely bugger them apparently. Had a good run both ways. Managed to find a route onto the front at South Queensferry that doesn't involve the cobbles as well.
Tried out the new cycling bib. Well worth the money. Didn't get too much of a sore arse this time with the help of a bit of udder smooth.
J's dad had managed to get most of the stuff done in the flat as well. Just a bit of tiling and painting left now.
