Essex People Selfie

The house is now all quiet again and our friends Kate and Gavin have headed back to Harwich, there was time for a quick selfie before they left!

It's been a quick few days and packed with much as we could possibly manage!

I think they enjoyed themselves, and they even sat through Sharknado 2 which deserves some kind of medal to be honest!

Life really does return to normal tomorrow as my parents will be back from Madeira as well. Where did that fortnight go ... it will also fire the starting gun for our turn to go to Madeira in 2015. Hopefully Kate and Gavin will be able to swap their time share to be out there with us.

They've been great company the last few days and we will look forward to travelling up to Harwich in November (I think) for a party.

The Commonwealth Games is drawing to a close, so no random sport to watch tomorrow either ... we will be lost!
