Seaside Showtime.
When i was in the newsagent yesterday , i picked up the local free paper. While i was reading it, i saw that there was a model railway sale in Barry today. I did wonder whether to tell J or not, but as you know, i am as honest as the day is long!. I knew that we would have to go and check it out. We arrived just as they were opening. It was in the Barry island railway station, and we managed to park right outside. J managed to spend a small fortune what's new but only took about an hour to do it , so as we still had another hour in the parking zone. We decided to walk to the beach, and it was very busy. The sun was hot, and it was great to see people enjoying themselves on the beach. As we walked up the promenade we saw , The Smallest Theatre . You can just about see the Royal Enfield motorcycle attached to the side-car theatre. J was interested, as he used to own one. We watched for a while and then walked back to the car. We came back on the coast road, as it is very picturesque. As soon as we pulled onto out drive, it poured with rain. How lucky was that?
