Saga beef

Went to a restaurant in Ginza which only uses food and ingredients from Saga Prefecture. I don't think many foreigners know this prefecture in Kyushu neighboring to Fukuoka and Nagaski.

But wow I was impressed with there good presentation with good food and famous brand plates from Saga (such as Arita yaki).
Also the cooking of high quality Saga beef happening right on the hot plate in front of you was impressing.
Service also nice. No wonder my company executives like this place regardess of the expensive price.
