BRILLIANT street artist tries to access the Bank!

Well, his un-tight rope was tied to the Bank pillar and I liked the juxtaposition of the scaffolding sign right behind him. It is the first Sunday in the month so several streets in Bristol are closed for entertainment and food. There were several tables being used for chess, sofas for parents round a children's area, and lots more.
