Welcome Home

The title is what it is because that's what the staff members say when kids arrive.

Woke up and took a shower.

Dad drove me to the train station.

Mrs. Cammarata drove me, Seamus Quail, Liam Quail, and her son, Nick, to Onteora. We watched Nonstop with Liam Neeson. Ate an everything bagel with butter for breakfast in the car. Mrs. Cammarata supplied them.

Arrived at Onteora and waited for 3 hours (pictured).

Finally we took a troop picture.

Went to the waterfront for the swim test but I didn't take it because I didn't have a bathing suit with me.

Went to orientation at the Longhouse.

Went to the campsite and set up our stuff. Picked a tent with Jon Geslani. Stayed for a while.

Went to dinner. I was a waiter. I ate chicken, bread, rice, half a PB&J sandwich, and a brownie. Cleaned up.

Waited outside of the Longhouse.

Went back to the campsite.

Soon left for the opening campfire. Sang songs along the way.

Watched the staff skits. They were all buccaneer-themed because that's the theme this year. Pirate supposedly has a "negative connotation." We cheered for Nick Deiru and Rob Seaman the whole time even if it wasn't them.

They retired a flag.

Went back to the campsite.

Going to bed now.

Nite.

Today's Random Thoughts:

Jokes about jokes about airplane food are just as bad as jokes about airplane food.
