"Greenest government ever" - ha ha

You'd think that a governing party that claims to be business friendly whose politicians claim to be businessmen themselves would understand that arbitrarily altering market conditions is the very opposite of what business planning needs in a market requiring long-term investment.

Apparently not. But the consequences in this one instance were averted by a white knight. This cloud did have a silver lining....
