It's Friday!

I had a new lens arrive today which I am very excited about. I used the arrival of the new lens to run out in the evening and pick up a "package". The package was actually a cake that we had ordered for the Saturday afternoon celebrations for Steve's mum and his Auntie. we had a big family lunch for them as their birthdays are so close.

Steve actually took this, with my camera and my lens. The lens is a zoom lens so it hasn't yet had the full benefit of being taken out for a "run".

Anyone in the Hertfordshire area though I cannot recommend Bakalous cakes enough. Her cakes are beautifully designed and taste so amazingly delicious. See tomorrow's blip for an example!
