Mark drove me to the girls volleyball Applebee's fundraiser this morning! Yay for driving. I don't want to play the hat game the hat game the hat game. Green glass is easy, black magic not so much.

My roommate and I messaged over Facebook for a while today. She seems pretty nice! I'm getting excited for college.

My family came over around 3:30 to see my Aunt Monica goes back to Oklahoma. I love her. She tells good stories and got me a portable speaker for my dorm.

Family conversation topics included cremation, the "Irish mafia," marijuana in my sister's birthday cupcakes(according to my 85 year old Uncle Tony: "that's what young people do now a days out in Colorado"), and how my parents, aunts, and uncles acquired their fake IDs. I'm new at the adult table lifestyle, so I'm not sure if this was what they always talk about or if this was a one time thing. Either way it was weird.

My grandma, aunt Gretta, and aunt Monica had to make the 7:30 Mass so everyone left pretty early. Two of my cousins slept over though.

Mark came over for a little while. How I Met Your Mother, Matt Foley: motivational speaker, and a little shooting stars. I'll never get over my gross solo on the recording. Nice end to an odd day.
