A majority of the communication still consists of this....although he's making other noises now, too....and there are plenty of non-verbal cues as well....

But this is still his "I'm hungry" or "I'm uncomfortable" or "I'm bored...please carry me around to look at things" or "I think I'm hungry, no, wait, I'm bored, no, wait, I'm just tired" face...
