It has all started - again.

Calving that is. Our first calf , a wee heifer (girl), was born overnight, in the rain and mud. We shifted her, and her mum, into a nice paddock this morning. She was enjoying the sun when I went into the paddock this afternoon to take her photo.

So it has all started for another season. The next 6 to 8 weeks are going to be extremely busy.
