The Serendipitous Moment

Pure serendipity. I've been photographing a local church this week. I had an idea for a shot this afternoon. But there was a wedding. So I waited.

A while later the cars from the wedding had all but cleared out. The caretaker was sweeping up the confetti. So I went over, assuming people had moved on, got the shot I wanted.

Then the bride walked by, and I timed it right.
