Family

Went to Perth to run parkrun this morning and ran my fastest 5km ever - 44secs than this time last year at 26mins 51secs. I didn't think I could run that fast but I was still behind a 65-69yr old woman.
It then started raining so we went to Tisos for lunch and I bought some new boots.
Once home it was dry but by the time we'd walked round the ponds and met this young family it rained again!
