Rainy day

Well today it has rained, rained and rained more! I woke mummy up at 9am, I was full of beans after sleeping so long.So we both got up and dressed to go get some milk for me. I managed to try some of mummy's lipstick on to make sure I looked my best. I had great fun splashing in every puddle on the way. I pulled the basket all the way round the shop, I did try to sneak some dog food in but mummy said we didn't need it. We then popped to the bakers to get daddy some lunch for his work tomorrow. I picked a cake, I then licked the glass trying to get a taste.

We then came home to keep cosy. I had great fun playing with all my toys. It's rare to have a house day so it was brilliant. While I played mummy dug my jumperoo out. We are going to lend it to grandmas friend for her granddaughter. Mummy cleaned it all and mad sure it all fitted together. I tried it out to make sure it still worked and that I could jump in it. I was very disappointed when mummy dismantled it.

After tiring myself out tiring myself out playing I sat down to watch some of the commonwealth games. I had fun cheering and clapping, oh and shouting goal!

My car needs it battery charged, I had a little look underneath to make sure nothing else was wrong. Grandad it's all working, just needs a jump start.

Tonight we all had a Chinese take away for tea. I surprised mummy and daddy by eating spicy prawn (mild), prawn cocktail, some sweet and sour chicken with rice and prawn crackers. Mmmmm

After my warm milk I was happy to go to bed. After giving mummy kisses and cuddles. It's been a full day of playing, tomorrow I will see grandma and grandad.
