Puddle of water

UK doesn't fare well with a small amount of rain. This photo was taken just after today's (almost whole day) of rain at the top of The Parade. The flooded area is supposed to be a footpath that is now covered with rainwater. I didnt notice this from afar and almost cycled through the water until i realized that it was pretty deep and my back would probably be wet if i continued cycling through it.

Today is pretty much laid back. The rain ruined my mood. I was planning on going to the uni to do some more work since i havent done anything with research last week. I may still be in tour guiding mode. I hope i recover soon.

And good news for today, I got a notification for a poster presentation in Chile on October :) Hurray! Need to sort out my visa asap!
