Battle of the Brolly’s

Took a quick trip into town to give blood and pick up a few books this morning. I got soaked.

I really can’t cope with weekends. Today I have been all over the place. I have felt anxious and I ended up pacing the flat having a panic attack. I have thrown things in anger and then felt numb and lay on the sofa. I ended up taking a few sleeping tablets to escape from all these feelings.

It has been on my mind today that I have no counselling for 3 weeks and due to work I’ve had to cancel my doctor’s appointment this week. Then found out my doctor who has been great over the last year is leaving next week also.

Tonight will be a repeat of last night; wine and the Games.
