Five in the nest

When I saw the swallows at first I thought there were four in the nest but the fifth one must have been hiding at the back. They have changed quite a bit in less than a week. Feathers are starting to grow, eyes are beginning to open and they've found their voices. They are creating lots of poo too :(

It's much colder today and the wind has picked up. I managed to coat the arbour in oil before the rain started and it looks so much better but then you start to notice all the other things that need a pick me up.

Having curry for dinner so hopefully that will warm me up :)
