Bolt on!

A great night at the athletics but again marred by the issue of segregation of wheelchair users from the rest of their party. Really p****s me off! Despite that the athletics was excellent with Usain Bolt making an appearance, running in the men's 4x100 relay. He sure is fast. The highlight of the night was the Hampden roar from a capacity crowd for Lynsey Sharp who pulled off a fantastic silver for Scotland.
The crowd was amazing.
