So Proud today

I posted a blip of this painting by my super talented wife before April 5th when it was still a (nearly finished) work in progress. Home today after 24hrs of driving we went to see it hung on display in the prestigious Lakes Art Society Summer Exhibition - and there's an oh so subtle, but oh so important difference*.
Cat had kept this all to herself to surprise me - but it's been sold (at the invite only preview) to a collector from London - the first time she's sold a painting from an 'open' exhibition rather than commission or display - so so proud :)
