Kissing Penguins?

People aren't really sure what it is. But it is on Warwick Campus, and looks great in the sunset so I wasn't not going to take a picture of it!


After a little research I found out the artist, and a little bit about the sculpture:-

It is called 'Let's Not Be Stupid' by Richard Deacon.

This huge and powerful sculpture was made especially for this site. Its proportions and position have been carefully calculated providing the viewers with a constantly changing impression of the work as they walk around, under and through it. This sculpture is purely abstract without narrative references and is a part of Deacon’s research into the relationship between freedom and constraint.
