Gym time

This is only picture I took today before my rpm (spinning) class at 645am.

It's not the best gym and to be fair I only go to classes and swimming pool however, because I pay monthly I'm much more motivated to go a few times a week !

At least after this plus walking the dog tonight I can justify a pizza and a few glasses of g&t :-)
