I took a day trip to London today. It was quite hot and humid at first and it took a while to get used to the usual sensory overload which hits you once you leave the train station.

I've set myself the challenge of creating a small set of (mostly) mono shots of abstract elements of London architecture, with a view to creating clean, simple (but hopefully) striking images. I've got five, maybe six workable images today, mostly focusing on straight lines and I hope to have a return trip in a couple of weeks time to add some 'curves' to complement them...
