My arm is aching...

Very garlicky, very stiff mayonnaise. Probably the best I've ever made. Gorgeous to dip our chipolatas and merguez sausages into tonight. We've had a bit of thunder and lightening tonight, and a couple of showers but still well into the high 20's.

Busy day up to Villefranche to get some plant bits for the front and a net for the pool. My neighbours have been really good and donated a cleaning pump as well so it's not so much of a swamp now.

French television is very different. That's all I'm saying.
