The Bergamot is back

Last year I noticed a very unusual and dramatic plant in one of my borders. I was puzzled for a time, and then I saw I had left the label on one of my bargain-bin finds from the previous year.

I've never cooked with it - or used the leaves

It's just emerged again this year - I hope it will flourish.

And I just made it back inside the house before the heavens opened !
