Oblivious

This Man seems oblivious to what is going on further down the Beach here in Eastbourne.
The sad day that our beautiful Pier burnt down. :(
I wasn't near the Pier at time & wouldn't add to the crowds there when the Services need to do their jobs making everyone & everything safe.
