Curry night

Well today was a bit of a scare. I had my first ever panic attack today, whilst I was at work. Horrible feeling, but it passed and that's what I need to focus on.
Tonight Paul and I went for a curry with my dad and little brother. My mum babysat Isla. Mum bathed her, fed her, changed her and read her get story and she was good as gold :)
